A playful and inspiring exploration of Movement Medicine. Through individual, duet, and group exercises, including stretches, shakti naam, activations and dance, participants will experience movement as energising, fun and meditative. Deepening our connection with self and others.
Morag Brownlie is a multimedia artist with a background in contemporary dance, choreography, and film. Her workshops formed while working for World of Wearable Art, preparing performers for the stage, and while devising dance-theatre shows.
A showing will happen at 12pm, of short films and a structured improvisation that workshop participants can choose to be part of, and invite friends and family to view.
