Over the past few months, LiVS has been testing UNTITLED at 361 Tuam St – a temporary, flexible creative space in central Ōtautahi for exhibitions, workshops, projects and ideas.
We’d love to see UNTITLED continue. And we now have an opportunity to explore something bigger around it: a creative hub with permanent studios, desks and shared workspace, alongside UNTITLED as a public-facing space for exhibitions, workshops and creative activity.
Before we take the leap, though, we need to hear from you.
We want to know who is genuinely looking for creative space right now, what kind of space you need, what you could afford and, importantly, when you could be ready to move in.
We’re looking at options including:
- Small permanent studios from around $120–$130 + GST/week
- Larger studios around $180–$190 + GST/week
- Permanent/shared desks around $80–$100 + GST/week
- Shared and flexible creative workspace
- Short-term project and exhibition space
We need to know if we can make this work. Keen to hear from you – Particularly keen to hear from people who could be ready to take up space from October/November onwards.
Nothing is confirmed yet. This EOI is about finding out whether there’s enough genuine demand to make this next step possible – and what you’d need from a space like this.
