There’s been a huge amount of interest in the upcoming improv workshop led by Anděl Sudik, a renowned director, improviser, actor, and writer based in LA and Chicago.
Sudik is bringing three improv workshops to Ōtautahi, and will also be performing along with the Impulse Theatre cast in their hilarious improvised sitcom, “Flatmates”, on Friday, 21st of April.
It’s going to be a special show, one not to miss!
The workshops, presented by Impulse Theatre, and supported by Ōtautahi Year of the Arts, will provide practical tools and playful explorations to help improvisers master presence, flexibility, physicality, and character development.
The workshops cater to all levels of improvisers and offer a full day masterclass and two half-day options. Anděl’s experiential teaching style has earned her a reputation for explosive energy both onstage and in the classroom.
We’ll be reporting back on the workshops in our next newsletter. Meantime, get your tickets for ‘Flatmates’ here.
