Hailed for her “breath-taking range of colour, tone and inflection” (The Times), South Korean born New Zealand pianist Somi Kim is one of Aotearoa’s most sought after pianists.
Somi presents a one-hour recital at The Piano entitled ‘Night at the Masquerade’ – featuring sumptuous music by Maurice Ravel (Valses nobles et sentimentales) and Robert Schumann’s ‘Carnaval’. Stay on after the show for complimentary tea and coffee, and a cash bar where The Piano announces their exciting 2025 Piano Recital Series lineup.
