We love the diversity of urban art – from massive blockbuster murals to the variety of sizes and materials of what has been termed ‘post-graffiti’ street art – from miniature sculptures, stencils and urban paintings, to craftivism, guerilla gardening, light-based works and participatory projects.

This spectrum of art in the streets forms the basis for the Little Street Art Festival – a celebration of smaller acts of creativity that seek to embed art all around us – creating playful, inventive, and meaningful encounters throughout the city that encourage play, exploration, and reflection!

The Little Street Art Festival seeks to expand the ways we think about art in the streets, providing a platform for urban creatives to explore how their work can utilise our surrounding landscape in adventurous and surprising ways.

We are stoked to bring the Little Street Art Festival back for 2024! We have gathered 5 new urban artists to produce works across the central city (as well as a number of very special guests!) – we can’t wait to introduce them in the coming weeks!

The Little Street Art Festival is only on for a ‘little’ while – December 7 – 15, 2024
