Come and support Ōtautahi’s emerging musicians! Orchestrating Ōtautahi was a 2025 Boosted project the Arts Centre raised donations for and they are now ready to showcase!
Over the summer, music legend, Henare ‘H’ Kaa (Dillastrate drum/vocals @adhdmaori) has been mentoring ten promising young musicians, putting them through their paces in workshops and rehearsals, with one shared mission: to co-create original music.
Think waiata reo Mãori meets Beethoven meets modern-day soundscape woven together into bold, moving anthems for the next generation.
