Arts Funding Workshop
This workshop led by Christchurch Council’s Arts and Events Advisors, provides an overview of some of the main grants currently available in 2026 to creatives and creative event organisers in Christchurch and the Banks Peninsula. These include Creative New Zealand’s Creative Communities Scheme and Christchurch Council’s Strengthening Communities Fund, Events and Festivals funding and Place Partnerships. Other formal funding streams will also be touched on, and tips provided for writing compelling applications. Anyone interested to know more about the support available to creatives and organisations in Ōtautahi is welcome to attend.
