Promoting your Creative Work without the Cringe Factor!
Talking about your creative work can feel awkward, especially when self-promotion seems at odds with your values. This practical workshop explores how to confidently share your work, tell your story, and grow your profile in ways that feel genuine, aligned, and true to your creative practice.
Drawing on experience in branding, communications, creativity, community-led initiatives, and behaviour change, Sarah Kelleher will unpack how creatives can build visibility without feeling salesy or self-centred. Participants will learn how to communicate the value of their work, develop an authentic personal narrative, connect with the right audiences, and find approaches to promotion that feel natural and sustainable.
You’ll leave with practical tools for talking about yourself and your work, whether you’re applying for opportunities, building an online presence, growing your audience, or simply finding the confidence to share what you do.
