The workshops which continue through February – offer a creative space to connect with art and be guided in creative responses to reduce stress.
January will be a mini-course titled Stories in Portraits, Journeys in Landscapes and February a course of Gentle Observations: A Creative Journey will be dedicated to slow observation and stress reduction.
This course is for anyone who wants to pause, take a deeper breath, look at art with attention—and gently connect with this in a personal way. No previous art experience is needed; just a willingness to express yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
