The World Buskers Festival is back for 2025, and we’re ready to fill Christchurch’s streets, venues, and public spaces with incredible performances!
Known as one of the best street performance festivals in the world, this iconic event has been captivating audiences since 1994. From acrobatics and circus acts to comedy and cabaret, this is where the world’s best street artists come together with Christchurch’s artists and community for 10 days of pure entertainment.
If you’re an extraordinary performer who can entertain, engage, and inspire, we want to hear from you! Whether you’re into street busking (30–45 minute street pitches), feature shows (45–75 minute venue-based performances), or roaming, pop-up, and parade-style acts, this is your chance to shine. We’re also seeking acts for line-up shows like Gala events, Variety Jams, and late-night performances.
