The Christchurch City Council Toi Ōtautahi Arts Team are gathering information from local arts organisations to help gain a better understanding of membership and participation in the arts, culture, and creativity of our city. We want to understand the number of people who are actively involved in the arts and creativity.
To do this, we have developed a survey for organisations to complete. The survey can be done online via the link below. The survey should take about 10-minutes to complete. The survey will be open until Friday 17 March. A contribution from your organisation would be much appreciated.
Membership and Participation in the Arts in Ōtautahi Christchurch (google.com)
The survey will gather information from local arts organisations, groups, and clubs. This information will help us to advocate locally and nationally for better support for the arts by illustrating the health and impact of the arts in our city.
Data collected will be used to understand participation numbers on a city-wide scale. The data of individual organisations will not be analysed or shared beyond this survey, nor will this be used in any funding assessments. The survey does not collect any personal identifying information.
